If your last payment was 11/02, it should be charged-off this month. The only way you'd know is to check your credit report, or you'll get a letter from a collection agency. You *might* get a letter from CrossCountry, several of my CC's sent me letters that said 'your account is due to be charged off the end of this month' kinda thing. Cross Country is also in a LOT of hot water lately, I believe there's a class action suit brewing.
