Who is NCO,,,,Anybody know..what can you tell me, whychat, keysor, lady

I received a letter from NCO financial saying that they had purchased this account.They have been leaving messages on my machine, saying..This is John Gonzales, my number is ### ##### we have filed a complaint in ####county Complaint # MR 90000 on 4-10-03, please call us to resolve this matter... I have ignored this message. The other day i picked up accidentaly. They said they were nco, and had purchased this acct. from mbna. I asked why they didn't identify themselves, like im nco, ect. they said its against the law, i said other creditors say who they are..like this is chase bank calling in regards to your account...they said they're prohibited fed. and state from doing so. They asked what my intentions were. i said That i would like something in writing saying that they purchased this acct. from mbna, and whatever proposals they wished me to consider. They said that not their job, that its my job to submit a settlement offer. i said i didn/\'t know who they were when they called, or what they were calling in regards to. and that i had checked with ###county and nothing has been filed, under that complaint # by them or anyone, civlily or criminally. They said that it wasn't filed yet, but was about to be, i said the message i saved said they had already filed. They said they could settle for 85% or 14K, that they would send that offer. I said my husband had filed bk 1 1l2 years ago, this past year i had been ill, and that we were doing the best we could do. He basically said he didnt give a shit.i owe the money, now what am i gonna due. i have till 6 tonight to call them back or they will procede with the next step which he said would be to sue....PLEASE HELP>>>>>I need any suggestions on this..thanks
