Also, nco said they were recording my conversation after we had been talking for 15 minutes. I told them i had never received notice from them that mbna had sold the acct to them, nor had i received anything from them..they also said that these are the only options i had, and when continually asking them to put it in writing they said it was a waste of their time..I said that once we hung up the phone the terms we might agree to on the phone were subject to change, but if they sent me something i could think about my options, and would have something to refer to ..any suggestions on what to so here...Also, why chat has said he thinks the sol is up on these accts. I have just been charged off, and until this past oct. had been making ful min. payments on all...then paid 25/.month is all i could afford..so when does the sol start....thanks again
