They tried some bull with me once. Threatened and threatened. Then one day the guy told me they were going to garnish my wages if I didn't pay. When I told him they couldn't garnish wages in TX, he got really angry and said "Oh, Mr. Smart Guy thinks he knows the law... well we'll just garnish your bank account then! What do you think of that Mr Lawyer?!", at which point I hung up on him and never accepted/returned another call from them. They eventually gave the debt to Gulf States, which is another bunch of scum
