I have helped quite a few people out in similar situations. Maybe I can help! I can do loans for any state, but I happen to be in Arizona. Send me an e-mail with some particulars. How much do you owe on your house, what is the house worth, your income and expenses. I will need a social eventually, but I don't expect you to give it to a stranger! We will see what I can do with the preliminary info. I work for a mortgage broker, so I have lots of options.
