Ohio Revised Code 2329.08 The way I read this is as follows: 1996 I own a home
1996 It is forclosed upon
1996 Mortage company is paid in full from proceeds...
1996 2nd loan (equity), only some is paid..
1996 2nd loan company gets judgement in ohio for balance
2003 2nd loan company trying to revive judgement so they can try to collect... However, according to statute, they only had 2yrs to collect a deficiency... Am I right or am i crazy
any help would be appreciated.
