? About HIPPA with judgement.

I have a medical collection listed on my report and also a judgement for the same collection. I am in the process of paying the judgement off (hopefully in the next month or 2). My question is, can I send the HIPPA letter to the OC once the judgement is paid off to at least get the ca listing removed? I know that the judgement will remain for 7 years but I was hoping that once it is paid in full I might be able to get the ca listing removed. Will it work for this since it will be paid in full?
