Whychat, thanks for the quick reply. The judgement was filed by an attorney on behalf of the ca. The ca is a small local ca so I don't know if they are HIPPA compliant or not. Is there any way to find that out? Also, if they are not HIPPA compliant, is there anything that I can do?
