I don't know that there is such a list. I do know SOL means Statute of Limitations, the time a company has to sue you for the debt before it becomes time barred. The SOL is different in all states. For example, in my state the SOL is 3 yrs from the date of first deliquency. So if they don't sue you in those 3 years, then try to sue you, you have a absolute defense, their claim is time barred. Did I get that right? I think so, read the board, you'll learn alot. I did. Sorry for the missspellings
