I live in Missouri. They repo my car and they say I have to pay them 8000. They take 4000. I read that if they did not repo it right that they can't make me pay.
What are the laws-Are the federal or state. I looked but can't find UCC for missouri. I looked at your site
but still can't find. Could I get my money back if I prove they did not repo it the right way
