Nonsense. Process servers don't give advance warning. I'd do 2 things. First, call the courthouse {court clerks office} and see if a lawsuit has been filed. If not {that's how I'd bet} I'd call the Sheriff's office as well as the D.A. It's a criminal offense to impersonate a law enforcement officer. Who is the collection agency?
