My husband and I are having financial problems. We are thinking of Bankruptcy. We are not familar with it at all. What happens? What happens after? How will effect our credit? Wil we have problems buying a house/car if we choose to do so in a year or so? We have some people dont have any problems at all because creditor know you can not file again for 10yrs. Is this true? Please anyone who can give us insight on this issue can help us make this very tough decision. Thanks
