i live in florida my credit is really bad because of my own fault some to do in part from a divorce 8 mo ago which was mostly my fault and its my loss thats for sure . my question , i sent in a credit card check the kind most cards give you & paid another card with 1 for about 4500. but the check bounced becouse of not enough credit available on the card but in the mean time i used the card that i paid on & was notified about 1 mth later that the credit card check was no good to cover the amount . are credit card checks like personal checks & am i in legal trouble for this or are credit card checks different than personal checks ??????? **please please** help my on this question , im doing my very best with child support which of course i must provide to my 5 yr old daughter but im getting SO stressed out that i cant sleep or eat expecially over this important question about the credit card check . than ya so so much - L.G
