I don't believe that in PA a lien can be placed for unsecured debt. PA has no homestead exemption, but property deeded as 'tenancy in entirety' is 100% exempt from the debts of only 1 spouse - so I hope you home is deeded that way. As for anything else, they can also sieze bank accounts, but its unlikely they can make a grab for any other personal property. The exmeptions you need to file to any answer to a lawsuit are below. Wage garnishment.. they can only take 25% of his NET pay.
