Go to your mortgage broker, or title company, tell them you have tried to verify this account as yours, and have not been able to get it removed from your reports.

Request that the amount shown as due be escrowed at the closing pending your geting this removed from your credit reports.

File a dispute with the CRA stating you have disputed this account, requested validation and the CA refuses to either validate or mark the account as disputed, which is a violation of the FCRA,state that you are being blackmailed by the CA ,as you are trying to close on a morthage, and if the account is not delted, or at least marked in dispute, you will take legal action.
