A CA cannot delete anything from the OCs tradeline. I assume they are both reporting. If the CA is already on there then the entire tradeline is a negative. They can remove everything that looks negative but unless they remove themselves you are screwed. I sincerely doubt after 5 years that settling on this will give you 10 points.
