the original creditor is not listed any longer... The collection agency has given me free will to send them what Id like included in the letter. They will then send me the letter with my specifications. So you cant give me any advice on what to include in that letter. What if they state. "in exchange for payment, full and permanent deletion of all entries will be removed from all cra's. Any penalties, interest, filling fees, etc that might be left over will not be resold or passed on for further collections.


why chat i appreciate your help. but, there must be a way..

maybe something if they do sell, report or attempt further collections they'll acccept liability in the amount 0f $5,000.00.. Ive been told by the top person after payment they will delete. They just said its illegal to put that in a letter. But, they'll put in writing before I pay, they'l remove all negatives and list account as paid, closed, however.........
