I talked with an attorney today. He said the Trustee just didn't want to take the time to go through the paperwrk. Now the case will got oone of their lawyers and the lawyer should pick up on what happened. If not, I will have to texplain it to them. Coincidentally, the attorney said I filled out the paperwork correctly. And he said it is real hard to get a Ch.7 dismissed. Anyway, it's not fraud; just a lazy Trustee....
