Indeed I am guilty of nsf checks only because of overdraft with ATM CARD.

Nat'l chk control said I am being processed for arrest and court/jail.

Can they do this or can I pay restitution to the original recipient of the checks?

I was told by ncc that i had to pay in full ($2800) by quick collect now and that they are not a collection agency and do allow payments only payment in full or go to jail. I can't sleep please advise!
