I am reposting from a previous post. I am trying to find out the SOL on parking tickets in Phila. PA. Someone referred me to a case stating that the SOL was 2 years however that was prior to 1989 when parking tickets were treated as summary criminal offenses where as now they are treated as civil debts. Therefore, I am wondering how long they can collect?
