Your post didn't get lost in the thread. I read it the first time and I'm sure many others did too. What difference would it make what experience someone had in another state when you are in Pennsylvania and you SPECIFICALLY asked what the law is in Pennsylvania?? Your argument comparing the sol with parking tickets and credit card debt is without logic. There are consequences of unpaid credit card debts that do not apply to unpaid parking tikets - namely - IT CAN AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO GET CREDIT, A JOB, INSURURANCE, HOUSING, ETC. That's why, in California, ALL parking tickets are collectable since NOBODY can renew the registration without paying the ticket. Apparently Pennsylvania hasn't enacted a law like that. Furthermore, you still didn't give the case so someone would be able to help you if they were so inclined.
