Yes, they are both on my TU&EXP only one is on my Equifax.

I went ahead and disputed with all 3 CR's today.

The CA mentioned something about the Hospital handled the orginal distribution of the medical copies durring the time that they were availble to patients.

I thought I would write a letter to the clinic and have it returned. I am going to contact the hospital about the records...let them tell me they are not availble in writing so I could push the issue with the CR's

That is not fair being unable to obtain records to make sure billing is correct or even if they are not duplicated.
There is NOWay one office visit could be 365.00. I only used him for colds and common things.

If I validate don't they have to give me the name of whomever is handleing the account since the clinic is no longer there?

This is wrong! I have found toooo many billing errors in my credit clean up to beleive this.
