Valdation is ONLY for collection agencies. You would use other disputes for CRA's. Validation does NOT work with OC's.

After the SOL runs out, it just means they can't sue you to enforce collection any more. Theoretically they can keep selling the old debt over and over for eternity.

After an account is charged-off, most creditors will sell the debts to collection agencies.
