Sued by Health Club

I was served papers regarding a local health club membership. Spoke to their attorney who was really nasty and I was intimidated into signing a payment agreement. I made an initial payment, but due to health complications, am having a hard time with this. I am moving out of state soon. Do you think they will track me to the 4 corners of the earth? What are my best options?
