Chexsystems Banks

Anyone know about e-trade Bank and whether they check with chexsystems?

or are there any bigger banks that do not check with chexsystems?

I have one mark against me on chexsystems and its only for $104 and I am willing to pay it, but I Dont know who to pay, anyone know any of that information?
