Anyone ever dealt with them? I have a Wachovia/First USA acct ($8000) that was charged off and sold/assigned to Creditor's Choice. Anyone know if they sue? What will happen?? I live in SC and own a house with my husband? Just wondering what to expect. They are offering to settle for $5500 but want me to send $1100 before they send me a letter about the settlement offer and I won't do it.
