thankyou mr. observer for taking ur time to help me with these questions . i have another couple questions if u dont mind . do all crediters now all do this electronic payments is this with all credit cards or just my 2 bankone credit cards and amex cards as u said in your earlier reply ? and how can i get my interest rates back into reality of under maybe around 5 % , it 2.9 % until my july billing cycle than it skyrockets to about 17 % . thankyou in advance!
