This is NO JOKE ! They have a judgment against you and this latest 'document' they sent you is completely legit. If you don't answer ALL of the questions and provide ALL of the data they want, they will drag you into court, before a judge and you will be forced to answer. By refusing to fill out that document, you can be found in contempt of court and a bench warrant can be issued for your arrest !!!

Do NOT ignore this, do not blow it off.. you could end up behind bars if you do. The fact that they DO have a judgment against you makes all that info you feel is none of their business, into their business and that of the court. They want to know what your assets are, your expenses, liabilities, your bank accounts, EVERYTHING ! Watch out for your bank account.. they can clean it out with a levy once they have that information. As long as the judgment goes unpaid, they can keep doing these debtor's examinations periodically until you pay up.
