Is is time-stamped by the Court? If it is then they filed it. If not, then they haven't yet. Sometimes they do this to get you to respond. If they did file it, consult a lawyer. LadyNRed is right about the bank accounts, maybe you should close any that they may have knowledge of.
Cadle probably bought the debt from the prior creditor. Again, I am confused here, if they already have a judgement, what is the point of this discovery?(a Req. for Prod. of Docs. is pre-trial stuff) Here in PA, they get a Notice of Execution. Need more info about this.
