Ive had a judgement recently moved from Louisiana to Texas. It was for a repo from ford motor. The last payment was made about 12/1994. Does Texas garnish wages? Its going off my report in about 2 months and Im just wondering if BK is going to be my only option. Anybody know if Ford will settle after they get a judgement?( maybe if I threaten them with a BK? )
