Ok I read the whole letter about debt validation. Now I have a question. If an OC is listed as a Charge Off and the CA is not listed on your credit report but they are sending you mailings and calling. Who do you send the validation letter to get this off of your report. The OC or the CA? I understand that the law protects you with the CA but how can I get the OC to validate and take the info off of my report? :confused:
