Hi Scott, Just wanted to let you know that I recieved a request for more information from the IL AG for my complaint of CAMCO. I complained about them doing a hard pull on my credit report. No permissable purpose. This is a chase manhattan charge card that was charged off in 1990. As I understand it because it is past the reporting period, they do not have the right to make this type of inquiry...correct? What would I ask for as far as the type of relief...1000.00?? What would I write to back up my claim? Sorry, Camco leaves me alone for the most part. I am willing to help the cause because they are all scum. But, I want to besure to make a valid complaint with something to back it. I can send copies of the credit report with the inquirey on it to support my claim. Any suggestions in filling out the formal complaint would be appreciated. Like I said, I am willing to help the cause. Aby
