hello mr. observer i called bankone about 45 min ago asking them like u said very nicely if they would not raise my interest starting in july up from 2.9% to 16.9% but the lady who was actually very nice said there was nothing she could do except if i didnt agree to the hike they would freeze my account where i could no longer use either bankone card *MY GUESS IS UNTIL PAID OFF* and even then it would still be raised up from 2.9% to like 9.9 % so i said no thats ok i guess ill live with the hike to 16.9% . again she used these exact words as rep from bankone yesterday did in saying its across the board with all their customers and PLEASE dont take it personal , i thought that the same exact phrase by them both saying not to take it personal is really just a meaningless motto or something with no real meaning attached because now im wondering if the electronic payments are really all their account members like another rep told me yesterday or just certain ones like me starting in this july . i know compared to lots of other peoples problems on this board i guess mine at small but im not gonna lie becouse it still bothers me and hurts cause i always pay my bills on time with that one execption of a late car payment last yr to gmac becouse of a lost ck that i put a stop on . thanks for ur support and help .
