GREAT IDEA!!!!! They are refusing to budge and basically say tuff $hit to us. It is very frustrating that they turned around to blame hubby for not setting his phone to the "proper settings" for PCS. They set his phone up for him. Anyhow, thanks Scott, my fellow Texan friend!! Are there any TX DTPA laws that may be applicable?
