Dear Susan1250,
If you do not have a paying job and your husband is on SS Disability, there aren't any wages to attach. If the judgement is against you only and your property is Tenants by the Entireties they can't attach your property. I am not familiar with Missouri law, so it wouldn't be wise for me to suggest what you should do. Missouri Legal Aid should at least be able to tell you how to proceed on your own, if that's what you want to do. Show them everything; the original contract, every letter. I did a little surfing and found the public Court access where you can find the docket entries: www.16thcircuit.org, which links to case.net where you can find your particular case and whether they did indeed file anything. Also, the web address for the law firm that sent the interrogatories is www.mllfpc.com, and Cadle Co is listed as one of their clients. It's alway nice to know who the enemy is.
Let us know how it goes.
Best Wishes,
ValleyLady

Question for WhyChat, LadynRed, or others: I seem to recall Susan1250 said in the past that this judgement was for carpeting; would this qualify as a Mechanic's Lien?
