Yes, you get to keep everything you own that you have no equity in, plus there is complete homestead exemption, so if you move a trailer on to your land to live on, it is completely exempt even if you DO have a zillion $ equity in it, plus they cannot garnish your pay if you have a job.

Why do you want to declare BK?? They can't sue you and collect anything anyway, just send them a cease and desist and they must stop bothering you.Postage is cheaper than BK.
