When are they going down??? I rec'd phone call trying to "settle" a 1990 cc. I stayed very upset for about two weeks over this. Thank the Lord for the web sites I found and learned my rights on a debt that the SOL has expired. Sent a CRRR letter to cease and desist contact, and that the SOL has expired. What do I expect now? I sent in all the complaint letters that everyone recommended, Now What?
