Tenants by the Entireties means title to real estate is held as husband and wife. This also means the debts of only one party as opposed to both cannot be attached to the house. If you bought your house while married and you are both on the deed and mortgage it is almost certainly Tenants by the Entireties.
I don't think they have a prayer of being able to collect on this debt, but it wouldn't be wise to ignore the interrogatories either. Call legal aid or another lawyer and see what they have to say. Cadle Co are real SOB's. Keep us posted.
