Call a credit attorney and say, "I think I may need your services, I think I may be in trouble." This way the attorney or paralegal will talk to you for free or better yet look in the yellow pages for a free phone consultation and tell the attorney exactly what you just posted and see what the attorney say. If I was in your shoes possibly facing this much trouble I would screw the internet on this one ang talk directly to an attorney.
