I got a letter from RMA about a bill from Southwestern bell mobile systems. The last activity date with SW mobile was most likely in 1997. This has been passed around to serveral CA. I did make one payment to a CA in 2001 for 100 but not agreement was signed.
My question is did the sol reset because I made a payment to a CA to get them off my back or am I past the sol I live in Texas
This has never been reported to the credit bureaus
What are my options?
Will someone please help me?
