Judgment in Missouri

I just got my CR and there is a judgment on it, It was file on 5-2-2001. I looked up the case number and it said I was sever at my home. I was never sever and had no idea this was on my CR until I tried to refinance my home. What can I do to find out if this is even my judgment? Thanks
