A couple months ago, i was being harassed by this collection agency... then i found this board... i send a c&d, they still called and called.. finally i went to the ohio attorney gen and the pa attorney gen (ncc is in pa).. today i received a response stating that my acct is closed with them and they apologize for the inconvience.. can i sue them still for calling at all hours.. is this a victory
