Why would you think that every CA could be charged under the RICO act? What kind of irresponsible statement is that? There are many small businesses that are ripped off by deadbeat check bouncers and credit card chargebacks that shouldn't have happened-these businesses cannot afford to employ a full time receivables dept-so they retain a CA for a fee on what is collected-DUH!
