Sooner or later, dog plop like this dries up and blows away in the wind. Meanwhile, tell them nothing and let them guess the rest. Write them up to your state AG, FTC, and BBB. Smash them with every available legal means at your disposal. You can't reason with these swine. You cannot earn their respect your elicit their compassion, they are humanly incapable of such.
Fear is what predators understand.
