Walt, I'd wait a bit before you send anything to the CRA's. Wait and see if they DO send anything else, because what they sent you certianly is NOT validation. If you get nothing else, then I'd send a copy of a 2nd DV letter to the CRA's.

If the CRA's are saying its verified, send them a letter and demand a procedural report on HOW they verified since its obvious Providian can't do so to you w/o asking for this info !!
