Yes, assets are easy to find on anyone.. too easy and the laws should be tightented to prevent that kind of privacy invasion.

Anyway, typical of a collector you FAIL to acknowledge that even if they can find what your assets are, they usually CANNOT touch them. There are exmeptions against judgments, just like in bankruptcy and they are typcially the SAME exemptions. Unless someone has non-exempt assets, then there is NOTHING for a collector to go after, they come up empty-handed. Even a lien isn't a foregond conclusion on a home or vehicle if you have little or no equity, a lien is pointless. No collection agency is going to buy out equity to collect a relatively small debt and in many states, a lien for UNSECURED debts is NOT ALLOWED.

Get your facts straight and state ALL the facts, not just that part that only benefits collectors and scares people into believing they can lose everything they own !!
