Was the "agreement" you signed allready signed by the plaintiff? If not, or even if so, immediately send a letter, CRRR with a copy to the Court,(make sure you put the docket # on the letter) stating you have been advised that their claim was fraudulent, and you rescind any offer of stipulated judgment you signed in error.
