The new Fl. lien law requres a refiling by 10/20/2003 of any jdgments filed prior to 10/01/2001, or they are VOID.

Just wait until Nov. (they cannot refile without his current address, ss# and proof of service,so if they contact you, DO NOT REPLY.

At that point, after deleting your former address from your credit reports, file a dispue with the CRA's as "not mine" no such judgment on record.
