Thank you for your response. I will do this immediately. Should I include the original account number when sending this letter to the creditor in additoin to the CA account # for my case/settlement? Could you clarify the CRRR term? I'm not familiar with all the terms yet, I think it refers to sending the letter via certified or registered mail. Thanks again!
