that would be terrific if that is the case, but I also am not seeing where it is null and void. I'm a complete novice with legal lingo, so am most likely misunderstanding what it says. I just want to be sure as we have submitted an application for a house to rent and I am sure we will not be accepted due to this judgement. I'd like to be able to tell the landlord that it is false information. If it does turn out to still be valid, is there any way to have it vacated due to the fact that papers were not served to him and the process was not taken care of in his state of residence? Thanks to you both for your help with this.
